NBD Replacement Warranty is a good alternative to service contracts offered by equipment manufacturers, allowing great savings every year.
It is optimal choice for hardware where physical replacement is needed but software updates and Technical Assistance Center support (TAC support) is not required.
Within the same NBD Replacement Warranty contract we also provide our Technical Support for the hardware on the contract.
For hardware, where software updates and TAC support are required we recommend our clients to stay with service contracts provided by equipment manufacturers, this refers to core routers, firewalls and any type of mission-critical hardware which requires direct support from manufacturer. For all other types of hardware, including hardware no longer supported by manufacturers ( End-Of-Life/End-Of-Support - EOL/EOS), ADCbit’s NBD Replacement Warranty is the optimal choice.
